Impresse works closely with our clients to determine the correct media mix that will accomplish stated objectives. As a discipline, we set metrics and/or criteria for establishing which media selections should be a part of the overall tactical mix as they relate to:

Generating leads

  • Are enough leads generated so you can affordably discard marginal leads?
  • Are 50% or more of your leads viable buying prospects?
  • Do you have leads generated throughout the year?

Follow-up

  • Do you have a follow-up program for contacting active prospects and customers at least every three to four months?
  • Do your lead follow-up programs include a method for prospects to indicate when they are ready to buy?
  • Does your lead follow-up program tie in with other events designed to provide prospects with information about meeting their goals and desires?

Message Retention

  • Can at least 50% of your customers and prospects state your marketing message?
  • Does your marketing message reinforce your major competitive advantage?
