Generating leads
- Are enough leads generated so you can affordably discard marginal leads?
- Are 50% or more of your leads viable buying prospects?
- Do you have leads generated throughout the year?
Follow-up
- Do you have a follow-up program for contacting active prospects and customers at least every three to four months?
- Do your lead follow-up programs include a method for prospects to indicate when they are ready to buy?

Message Retention
